Philippine Security and Safety Professional
Professional security training for the next generation of security leaders
Structured, practical courses that build the knowledge, skills, leadership and operational capability a security professional is actually judged on — written for working practitioners in the Philippines, assessed on real work, and certified with a document anyone can verify.
Training courses
Courses built around the work, not the syllabus
Every course produces something you keep — a written security plan, a set of post orders, a risk assessment, an investigation report. Fees are shown in full, with nothing added afterwards.
Why train here
Training that survives contact with a real shift
Written for practitioners
Course material uses the situations Philippine security personnel actually meet: commercial, industrial and residential deployments, not imported case studies.
Assessed on your own work
You submit plans, reports and assessments built on a site you know. The instructor marks your work, not a multiple-choice sheet.
Documents you keep
Post orders, rosters, survey checklists, report templates. Every course leaves you with material you can put to use the following week.
A certificate that can be checked
Each certificate carries a unique number and a QR code. An employer can confirm it in seconds, without contacting anyone.
Study around a shift
Courses are self-paced and online, so night duty and rotating rosters do not put training out of reach.
Plain pricing
One fee per course, stated on the course page. No enrolment charge, no certificate fee, no examination fee added later.
Enrolment
How enrolment works
Four steps. You do not need to create an account to ask a question or to enrol.
Choose a course
Read the course page in full — modules, objectives, who it is for, and what you receive.
Send an inquiry
Use the form below. Name, email, mobile number and the course. That is all we need to reply.
Complete the course
Work through the modules at your own pace and submit the assessments for marking.
Receive your certificate
Your Certificate of Completion is issued with a unique number and QR verification.
The certificate
A document an employer can check
On completion you receive an official Certificate of Completion, printed to A4 landscape and issued under the Philippine Security and Safety Professional identity.
One certificate, one number
Every certificate receives its own number in the form SEC-ACADEMY-2026-483027 — the year of completion followed by a random number. A number is never issued twice.
Scan and confirm
The printed QR code opens the public verification page with the result already loaded. Nothing to type.
Verifiable by anyone
Anyone holding the certificate number can confirm the recipient, the course and the completion date.
About
Security Training Academy
Security Training Academy is the professional training programme of the Philippine Security and Safety Professional. It exists for one purpose: to give people already working in security the structured knowledge that experience alone does not supply.
Courses are delivered online and self-paced so that they fit around shift work, and they are assessed on written work drawn from the learner's own site. On completion, an official Certificate of Completion is issued under the authority of the academy's authorised signatory and can be verified publicly at any time.
What the certificate is. A Certificate of Completion records that a person completed a course of study with this academy. It is not a government licence, a professional accreditation, or a substitute for any credential required by law or by a regulator.
Authorised signatory
Mr. Darryl C. Bautista
CSP, CST, SO4, SM
Every Certificate of Completion issued by the academy is signed under this authority.

Common questions
It depends on the course. Foundation courses assume no prior formal training. Advanced courses such as Security Risk Management expect either working experience or a completed foundation course. Each course page lists its requirements.
The durations shown are a guide to the study time involved, not a deadline. Courses are self-paced, which matters when you are working a rotating roster.
